[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate products sent and denied to take back | |||||
I placed an order for nike shoes and i received both bogus / fake items. Images were not matching with site images. After providing proofs of duplicate products to customer care, they denied taking them back. Per social media, found snapdeal is cheating many customers by giving wrong ads (Like 100% genuine products and easy return policy).in reality that's not true. What's an option available so i can get my money back. Also want to spread this so other customers will not get cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I already provided all details, I escalated this issue, provided all proofs however Snapdeal escalation team rejected taking fake products and didn't give any reason. Products are unused and I requested within 7 days, however your team denied. It was chear cheating case. You were doing marketing that 100% genuine products and 7 days easy return...you didn't follow any of these steps.
Kindly do needful ASAP and take return fake products and return my money ASAP. Order ID [protected]
