My skulcandy jib with mic earphones are not working. I bought it on april 17th this year. It had one year warranty. I don't know how to get it replaced. Please help. Order no. Is [protected]. I don't have the bills. I have the online track record and delivery report online though. I guess it will help. I have that skull candy packet too. Please help.
