My order ID is [protected] My reference ID is 40769172, 40808533, 40768440, 40769403, 40769363, 40756777 I have ordered a Everlast Boxing gloves from your company Snapdeal amount 1599/- via online payment option. I waited for the expected delivery date that was on 21st March to 24th March. I marked an email to your help support so that they can help me with the exact location of my order coz they app track shows Dispatching soon form the date of order to 21 and still its showing the same thing. I cancelled my order so that I can place it from anywhere else. The order was not cancelled only showing cancellation request sent and the refund will be processed within 5-6 days. I’ve mail many time to the help support but I haven’t get any response from your team not a single one. Then tired to contact you on twitter via DM then your social media team replied only apologies and tell me to have patience nothing else. Its been three days I chatting on twitter with them but still they don’t have any results regarding my order. I have lost my sim card and that day your team called me for the delivery but the phone was not reachable so the sent me a mail “we try to call you but the phone was not reachable we’ll try to call in next 6 hours or next day” I DM them my alternate numbers so that this time my delivery shouldn’t be missed they said they have updated my details and I can get call soon. But I haven’t get any call from the delivery man. I contacted them again and tell them I haven’t got any calls till now then they’ll arrange me a call from the help support. I was so Irritated and frustrated. When they called me up said they don’t have the details about the courier company and they don’t have the exact tracking details of the order he saying that he need some time 1-2 days. I had an argue with them I said clearly I need my money back and I don’t want order from you guys and hang up the phone. After that I Haven’t get anything on my order and anything about my refund status. I couldn’t find any call number so that I can complain about it today I got another call from you after I said I’m going to post it on every news channel about the Snapdeal and the agent was so rude and he cut my phone without solving my query. Snapdeal is a one of the biggest company in India I don’t expect this kind a service to their customers. This incident has broken all shackles of faith and trust we had on the Sanpdeal company even though after going through the feedback of mal-statement of it’s Brand Ambassador Mr. Aamir Khan. Sir, I request you honestly to look into my matter with utmost urgency, stop the fraudulent services inside your system and refund my amount without further delay. I’m Boxer without my gloves I hope you can understand in what situation I’m in. Please look into this ASAP. I’ll never gonna order anything from your company I need me refund.
