[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — fabulous beige trouser is not as per that I ordered

The trouser which i ordered was of beige colour in 34 size but snapdeal sent me a trouser of very low quality material whose bottom was not stitched in black color with 36 size... Which is not as per my requirement.. So i requested them to pick up the product n refund my money back... But still its almost 1 month no one has came for pick up n 5-6 times i had called customer care about the issue... Every time they guarantee that within 2-3 days they will make d arrangements for pickup... But no positive response till now.. Plz i request snapdeal to make pickup n refund my money...
