[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fake product | |||||
1. I ordered for Joop Homme 2 bottles pocco rabbne 2 bottel and davidoff 1 bottle as I saw a very good price. 2. 3. I checked the bottle and realised it was fake and counterfeit...i been using Joop for more than 20 years. 4. Now I am asking for return and refund and they flatly refuse it in the name of policy. 5. Instead of being apologetic and considering suing the vendor who is selling fake perfumes on their site, they even refuse to collect the bottle i haven't used or opened. 6 Can Snapdeal do what they want and not be held accountable.
