[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — false allegations to cover up their own faults | |||||
I had orderered a pair of flip flops from snapdeal on 21st november, 2017. As soon as the product arrived the product looked fake. So i registered a return request on the site. Now since then i have been waiting for a phone call from their side, so that i can return the product successfully, but all efforts in vain. Moreover they mail me every damn time that the product was undelivered because i wasn't available. I try to contact the customer care but they respond by saying that the no. That i input as my registered mobile no. Has not been registered with them which is false. I have mailed them regarding my problem like 6-7 times and there's nothing they can do about it. It's been almost a month now and my product still remains un-returned. I feel like i am cornered and my hands are tied. There's nothing i can do now. I have totally lost hope that my 1100rs be refunded to me on time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
