[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fastrack watch

I have received fastarck watch on 22/04/2108.
Watch was damaged, i have taken to the fastrack servicing center the shop keeper was refused to repair even though i have one year warranty, he saying that watch is a fake.
I believe in snapdeal they won't cheat their customers to sell these kind of products
I hope issue may resolved at earliest.
