[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — faulty product received | |||||
I have ordered for I kall mobile AWB NO[protected] received intact condition but once open the shipment i saw i have received wrong colour prodcut once i put the battery on and try to start up the phone it was there only LED light, there was no display at all. Display showing blank. Once i tried to initiate the return process then its showing i have no return policy on this product which was not mentioned during my order booking. I shared my feed back with snap deal and ref ID 49904207 given by them and asked me to wait for 24 hour. Pls let me know how should i return this product and get my money back.
