[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — for refund | |||||
I ordered urban black kurti from snapdeal on 31 july. It was so long and of low quality. I requested to return but till after 1 week there was no update of my product. There is costumer care no. On which we can contact. Only one no. Is provided which is not tollfree. I lost my 50rs. Calling on that no. But there is no option of talking to costoner care. I mailed to snapdeal my picup is done after one week of mail. But still there is no update of my product. I didn't get my refund. Worst snapdeal and its service. I always face problems whenever i ordered something from snapdeal. Very bad snapdeal.👎 Was this information helpful? | |||||
