[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — for refund of order id: [protected] | |||
I ordered cricket bats on snapdeal. I got delivery of same on 7th feb. There were 2 item in the mentioned order. Both the items are not as per quality. So i request for return of products and refund of money. I requested on website on 7th for return which is as per policy. We can request for return within 7 working days from delivery. As i got call from snapdeal today that they are unable to return the products. I said that the policy is common for all. You should arrange return request for same. They denied for same. I want to take an actions on this matter. They do cheat with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
