[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — forcing us to keep the product | |
We have purchased a trolley bag (Order id: [protected]) on but on arrival we found that the product quality is not good. We raised a ticket for return but we received a call from snapdeal customer care that this product can not be returned based on quality issue. Snapdeal is arguing the product is branded and can not be return based on quality issue. I want to know how they forced us to keep a product without allowing us to return.
