[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Fraud by snapdeal seller | |||||
Sanpdeal please solve my complaint no. 40729001. Snapdeal seller fraudly delivered me wrong item. He took my order. And delivered me wrong item from other source. Then he cancelled my original order in snapdeal after i recived wrong item . Then my original order get closed. So i am not getting any return/replace policy of snapdeal. How can a seller cancel order after showing ready to dispatch. Snapdeal you have fake sellers. Why the seller didn't cancel order earlier? He canceled order after showing ready to dispatch then after 5 days . He just canceled it on delivery date after i cod his wrong product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
