Sir i am raj chvada i want to file an complaint against snapdeal and describe fraud done by snapdeal i ordered nike shoes but when i got the parcel there was local shoes in the box i raised return request on 3 February 2020 but they gave no response i spent 14 days but i am not getting any response from them . Please help me
