[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — fraud message received from bz-sanpdl for winning lucky prize.

I got a message from bz-sanpdl dated 17.08.2019 at 13.54hrs as under:
"congratulation. You are the winner of snapdeal on line company won the prize (Tata safari) which cost is rs. 12, 40, 148/-. The charge of you registration service charge rs.8500/-, 17/08/2019 rupees only. This is valid today. Know more for details to number [protected].'
While i inquired through the above mentioned mobile number, sri nitin kumar singh, snapdeal executive mobile number number, [protected] [whatsapp mobile no.], informed me about his status, and details by sending his id no. Of snapdeal id no. 15852393. Aadhar no.[protected]., dob-19.07.1995, pan card no. Gmwps8652g, with his photo identity. His address written in aadhar card is s/o jang bahadur singh, 12/147 bikash nagar, uttar pradesh pin-226022. To take me into confidence, he gave me my purchase details for the month of july, 2019 from snapdeal against 'buying of titan watch' he added on that it is against this purchase that i became the winner of the prize money. He advised me to send an amount of rs. 8500/- as a registration charge for getting the above mentioned prize money in my account. I have sent the amount [rs.8500.00 through sbi yono to his sbi account no. [protected], ifsc code sbin0010840 and the account holder's name as indicated in my yono is satish uppadhay. After that mr nitin asked me to transfer an extra amount of rs. 38, 900/- as gst to complete the whole transaction in order to get my prize money. At this point, i decided not to transact any more money, rather i had a conversation with mr nitin to understand the issue in detail. He told me that if i don't pay this gst, then my prize money will not be transferred to my account. I informed him that i do not want the prize money instead i requested him to return my money i. E. Rs.8500 to my sb account. Initially he said ok but after a while said it is not possible. He insisted on paying the gst amount.
Kindly notify this type of fraudulent act which are taking place in the name of snapdeal company and cheating your valued customers.. Please take such steps so that your company's goodwill remains unaltered.
