Snapdeal.com — fraud not giving money

I buy a sara bag and return it till not get my bag or money back.
I want my money back.
They take both money and my bag also.
It is totally stealing something.
Get me my refund. Actuall firt they sent the bag but i did not get the appropriate one so i refund it back then it was declined by company then they said that they deturn the back but they did not send money or either bag. Fraud
