Snapdeal.com — Good not delivered for order no.[protected] | |||
The order for Beetel M51 Landline Phone (product code [protected]) was placed on 20/2/2015 at the snapdeal.com website and an amount of Rs.581/- was paid. Product was due for delivery on or before 26/2/2015. After the due date enquiry was made to [protected]@snapdeal.com. To which Mr.Dhingra promised to get back after 48 hours. The same of the couries and AWB no. and their e-mail address was provided. I emailed the courier at the specified e-mail address. But got no reply. Since it has been more than 12 days I would like to cancel the order and request you to refund the cash back to my debited account. Regards, PPDey Was this information helpful? | |||
