I purchased graco discovery walker on 6 november 2017 and i received on 13 nov 17 the quality and defective piece the information provided is fraud from snapdeal it says 7 days return policy but fails in implementing it cheats customers in many ways and it crated a customer care like we cannot directly speak to executive very worst service i repeatedly followed up several time no proper response

Updated by ankbn The walker has already been picked up but snapdeal claims pickup failed and more over i have all the proofs of the product pickup and how can snapdeal say pickup not done snapdeal cheated me with its fake promised i am so stressed and more over there is no proper response from their end i have been posting many emails in a day how can they ignore my request no one called me from snapdeal regarding my problem resolution
