[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Haven't received the refund | |||
I cancelled my order of kindle paperwhite with item no. [protected] on 25th june before the dispatch of the order. I was supposed to get the refund within 4-7 days but i still haven't received my refund of 10k. I want to know by when will i receive my refund since the 'track refund' button in your app never works. I tried to reach out to the customer care also but i didn't get any respond. Snapdeal really needs to bring up their game of keeping the customers happy. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
