I ordered an hp printer 2131 all in one on dt.11th oct 2017 and it got delayed from snapdeal and i received the same on the 15th oct.

Since my urgency was so high, i had to buy one printer for myself & my business and the one i received late is still lying with me.

I requested return of this printer on dt.15th and it is still not been processed by snapdeal.

Ref. No. Is 44239028.

Kindly take this complaint seriously and take action immediately.

I requested RETURN of this printer on dt.15th and it is still not been processed by SnapDeal.
