[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I am complaining about a casio men's watch | |||||
Mostly products at snapdeal site are fake. I ordered a casio watch for which snapdeal clams that we sell authentic and genuine products. They didn't send invoice and there was no option to get invoice from my order option so i tried to contact casio warranty department and i am shocked that casio company mails me that snapdeal is not our online selling partner. Only product returning is not the solution. If customer catches you that you are selling fake product you just returns the product but where is your authenticity of the product. I have spent my valluable time on your site and you are doing nothing why. Even not a single call from your side to cantact me.
