[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — i am complaining about morphe jaclyn hill eyeshadow palette (status shows delivered but i didn't receive any product | |||||
Hi, my name is shruti. I had ordered a morphe jaclyn hill eyeshadow palette 35 colors on 15 august 2018. And the delivery was on 25 august 2018. On this day i got message that the product will be deliver on 25 august 2018 but i did not receive the product. I got a mail from snapdeal support i have confirmed from my all neighbours/family.. They said they haven’t receive any product and they said the no one courier boy was not came. So pls check where is my product i already told you guys the courier boy number [protected] name - ritu dhwaj was switched off i had tried his number many times. And his number was switched off.. And i didn’t receive any call from your courier boy even when i receive the message of delivery and his name, number etc.. Instant i called him because after few seconds i received another message that the product has been delivered.. How is it possible.. I didn’t receive any call or product and immediately i called your courier boy but his number was switched off and Also i raised many complaints on your customer care and mailed on your official email i’d. But i didn’t get any response. They are not helping me and also not replying me. One guy his name is akash he also committed that issue will be resolve with in a week but it hasn’t resolve yet so please i request you people please look into this matter. I had ordered two Nike slippers. But in a package received only one but in the invoice it is written the price of two products . Firstly, the slippers are duplicate ones and secondly there is no proper way of contacting them. This company is cheating customers.
