Hi team, I have ordered a product from snap deal few weeks ago and i did not receive the product yet. The product tracking say it got delivered. I dont undeerstand the fact i am not able to contact the team and there is no option to choose the "did not receive" option in help portal of snapdeal. This is disappointing that there no support provided after sending several email to snapdeal no response or calls received. Pathetic and feels like its a scam.
