[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — I haven't received my order snapdeal showing its delivered

Hi snapdeal team,

I have ordered nike kd10 shoes worth rs 3199, after 10 days i have got the different shoes with wrong shoe size, so i have requested for replacement after 3 days someone came and pick the shoes for replacement, today 18th may in night 12 o'clock i got the message that your shoes has been delivered on 16th may but i havn't received the shoes yet. This is very harassing for me.
I dont know what the hell is going on with snapdeal, it already been 20 days still not get my order and its showing delivered.
On 16th i got message with name manish ([protected]) courrire boy who was sipposed to deliver my order on 16th may but i was not availbale that so i have called manish and requested hom to deliver the product on next day (17th) but on 17th not getting any repsonse, i have called him today also but he is not giving any proper response.


I don know how snapdeal managing the things, thisis not first m facing issue with snapdeal i never got my correct order in first time, each have to replace twice or thrice but this time is crosses the limit without delivering my order showing delivered that alos back date.

How could this possibe i am getting delivering at mif night 12 that also after 2 days on 18 th m getting message for 16th.

This is completely harassment for the customer, please deliver my order else return my money, else i will take legal option on snapdeal and give very bad review to snap deal.
Snapdeal has to pay for this harassment

who the hell gonna help me, is there any one who gona help me or comapny is totally froadlike there product,
i want to return the ### i place of shoes that i ordered from snapdeal the fake compnay who totally selling the duplicate product, the shoes i have ordered cost me 3199 what i got is not more than 300, for taht also i have suffered alot, could any please take this ### from me, i cant see it more . please i beg you please provide me return option in snapdeal tool . i am warning the snap deal you wont belive what review m gonaa give you, and i will make sure frommy frind and family zone no one gonna order any thing from this fake snapdeal . and don dare to resolve my complaint without my persoon, elsei i will take it to cnsumer court definitely.

How many times i have to mail you, could nay one gonaa help me or i will through the shoes .

Trust me for this harassment snap deal gonaa pay for me, what the worst customer service snapdeal have .

Again i have ordered shoes, again the wrong shoes has been delivered to me, and i request for return, snap deal closed my return request by itself are you gyuz mad or illiterate . how many times i have to mail you,
first order alredy waste for me now there is another one, please take both the order from me and return my money as soon as possible . else i will definitely send court letter to snapdeal definitely . i have all proof of with all mails and order details .please return my money else snapdeal has to pay me fro haarssemnet too

thats why no one want to purchase any thing from this fraud snapdeal, there is no support all shoes are fake all dealers working with snapdeal are fraud, i m gonaa share this full mail chain with my orders screensho on facebook, whatspp, instagram, linkdin all social media, i will tell all that how fraud is snapdeal, and make sure no one purchase any thing from snap deal . just go to hell.

nowi will go for legal action, i will take money back any how and make snapdeal pay formy time wastage and harrasment

i didnt get any call from snap deal side regarding complain, if one time call got unanswered can't you call again or
Snapdeal not have enough balanced to call again, give me a call as soon as possible .
why you gyz making it complicated cant u understandthis much, i have ordered shoes from snapdeal got [censored]ing "worng, duplicate, cheap quality, diff size diff product ", i just wanna return the product . as simple is that give me return option and collect the [censored] form that snapdeal deliverd to me .and i will make sure will not order any thing form snapdeal . The worst custmer support i have ever deal with, flipkart and amazon much much better than snapdeal, and i will make sure no one order any thing from snapdeal in my friend circle and i will definitely take leagal for this harassment from long itme . And will share this mail chain in all social networking sites .
