Snapdeal.com — i received the wrong product and no one has dealt with my issue

I ordered skullcandy headphones with mic but they gave me headphones without mic. Now i want my money back at any cost. I d'ont want any transactions with this company. They ruined my birthday. The invoice is different and the product is different. I want you to please solve my problem. They ruined my trust for ordering online any product. They should give me my money back or i have to take much serious action.
