[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Ideale cook & serve 9pc blue set
I had requested earlier for replacement. The courier took back the product on 31st August. Tracking was showing the replaced product had been dispatched on 2nd September and it was in transit. But today when I am checking the tracking record Snapdeal account is showing "no order was placed"
I am afraid of loosing my product. If it is a fraud I will go to the consumers' forum with all my payment documents.
If tit is not ppssible to replace, I demand a Refund.
