[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I'm complaining about after sale service. | |||
I have ordered a fitness watch from snap deal, when i received the product it was damaged so i send a replacement request to the company but by mistakenly i canceled the replacement product so i tried again to replace it but they are not replacing it. They are telling that the replacement request is closed. Now i have an damaged watch and it is of no any use and the replacement request is send on the day of delivery on the moment i saw the damaged watch. But they are not helping me and there automated customer service care is of no use. Was this information helpful? | |||
