[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I'm complaining about defective smartphone

I ordered a smartphone from snapdeal but since it come after 2 hours i was switch off & not now it is not responding. So please look after my request. I want my refund. Or replace ment for that defected mobile.
I get my phone on 3 march and i submit my return request to snapdeal on 4rd of march & no responding for my return request.
Thank you.
