[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — I'm complaining about refund

I have order samsung level u earphones in snapdeal they have delivered a fake product then i requested for return and refund they had taken my courier back and they are not updating it in my orders page and not refunding my money.
Even my snapdeal customer executive is not responding for my request.

Kindly take action on snapdeal and make them to refund my money.

I haven't received any call from snapdeal and haven't received my money.
Snapdeal is not responding to my calls and emails.
