Hi sir/madam,

I had ordered an item from snapdeal through online but i received an empty box without any item inside. Hence i had requested for return and refund on july 19th 2018 but i never heard back from anyone from snapdeal till today (Its been almost 1 month). I request you to look into this matter with high priority and refund the amount as early as possible.
