[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — ivoomi iv 505 | |||
I bought ivoomi iv 505 from snapdeal. Mobile is faulty and blinks constantly. I placed replacement order of the mobile very next day. But instead of replacing the faulty mobile, snapdeal send me address of service center at 45 sector chandigarh far away from my residence. On one hand it is matter of inconvenience for the customer and on the other hand highly unprofessional on the part of snapdeal. If i had the time to go to market then why shoul i go for online shopping. Kindly look into the matter and replace mobile at my home. Was this information helpful? | |||
