I have order lacoste sunglass but the product is different from what it has mentioned in the descriptions and image on the website. So, i submitted the return request on the same day of delivery. Pickup guy keep on delaying to come and pickup the sunglass after multiple follow-up they picked up the packet but a 2 weeks i got a email saying your return request has be declined by the qa team. I sent an email to them asking for the reason but no response from them. As a reminder i sent email on 19th october know how to take this forward, either they will return or refund.
