[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — laptop charger | |
Placed an order on 02-Nov-2018 @snapdeal. Order supposed to be delivered on 08-Nov-2018. But without attempting delivery they updated as delivery failed and pushed delivery date to 12-Nov-2018. Now suddenly status changed as delivered but haven't received the product yet. Snapdeal customer care is not reachable there is no resolution provided. Reached Snapdeal customer they are asking for more time just to look into the issue not sure they will deliver the product. No calls were made about delivery eventhough have constantly called Snapdeal to check the delivery status. Now suddenly updating status as delivered seems like they are doing this to cheat customers and commit fraud. Was this information helpful? | |
