[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — led tv fraud by snapdeal and its dealer | |||||
We ordered sony led full hd smart tv from snapdeal by paying full amount on 7th october 2017. Even before they could deliver the product i sniffed something fishy and send them mail asking it it was original sony tv or not... Snapdeal never bothered to reply. Instead they courier the tv on 18th october after following up with them. Within in 2 minutes of opening the shabbily packed box, we realised it is a bogus tv from a dealer in dehradun... Within 5 minutes on 18th october itself we submitted return and refund ticket. It is 24th october and till now they have not refunded my money... If i can pay full money before receiving tv, they should refund my full money first when they are capable of sending a bogus tv... Was this information helpful? | |||||
