[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — l'oreal products | |||
I have purchased loreal vitamino shampoo and masque, also loreal cream bath smoothening masque from snapdeal. All three items are fake. I have been asked to get the same be checked by loreal and arrange a letter from the stating that the items are not original. Why should we customer run pillar to post for the same. On speaking with loreal helpline... They say they can't comment. What is the customer supposed to do now? Why can't snapdeal take back the product and deal with the seller themselves.
