They also sent me same message & called me.. one lady called me. I asked her from where calling me . She got irritated and told me that she is calling from jharkhand i asked her many questions. She got nervous and finally i introduce myself to ... she cut the call from her side.all these frauds are from bihar ..why snapdeal sharing our numbers..this is m y 1st order on snapdeal

Surprised to see that Snapdeal is just sitting over this matter and copy pasting the same response to everyone. Do you guys even realise that it’s Snapdeals name that’s been used and defamed.

Even I got this call today. That I won a Tata safari storme for the order I placed.

SnapDeal doesn't only sell the counterfeit products but also sell the phone numbers to these phishers.

Today I have got on parasol from snapdeal nalini ranjan avenue saha road New alipura Kolkata 700053.
In that they gave me certificate of achievement, and winning cash 100000 Rs. Mention And scratch card .
Then the gave the instruction scratch card the send code no, reference no, full name and send to help line no.[protected].
Instruction behind the scratch card

1. the winner will have to deal the applicable GET +CESS
2.the winner should have a valid bank account with aadhar card linked
3.hi winner should provide rlie company if asked for any supporting documents
4.the winner should have a valid pan card.
These are the claws they wrote behind the lucky Draw cupon .

I am calling snapdeal help line no.and cyber crime help line no., they said this fruad or fake parasal, don't share the account no and any personal details...

What the hell are going on on the behalf of your name, If you are not involved into these scam then why don't you take any action against them based on the above complaints. Victims are giving you all the details and you are only replying the same irritating answer. Today also i got the same message and call claiming to be the employee of SNAPDEAL from Jamshedpur, Shakshi(Jharkhand) and asking to watsapp my PAN and Aadhar details and later have to deposit Rs 6, 400 for getting the paper work ready for TATA Safari car which he said i have won on the luck draw. Please look into this matter before many others get trapped.

I have also received the SMS and call from [protected]. He said you won Tata Safari of Rs 12, 60, 000 and registration charges Rs 7, 500 need to pay.

He confirmed about the purchased product cost from SnapDeal. But he didnot know the item. This is possible only when someone from SnapDeal is involved with these guys. We should file complaint against SanpDeal.

Snapdeal pls don't ignore this. Kindly take appropriate action. Not all customers are smart enough who escape this kind of fraud. many are being looted daily and u reply with your classic computer generated reply that we don't do this and that...blah blah..
Take some responsibility and nab these fraudsters.
Today I got same kind of call. Fortunately I used my brain, 😀...
But the question still remain unanswered...how they are getting our details ?

Am Nafeesa today I received a message from snap deal they said am a lucky winner of Rs. 3, 80, 000...I ask them it is true or not...they told me that pay the registration fees 3000...plss is it real or fake

Today i received the call from snapdeal and they told me that, i won 12lakh rupees and to get that money i need to pay some amount so i guess that i was a true call coz i am daily snapdeal user and hence i trust on that offer and paid around 45 thousand rupees but when i paid then again received call from them and they told me they want more 50 thousand rupees then i realize that its a totaly fake call, now i am really worried about my paid amount... how can i get the money and how will trust snapdeal moving forward, actually thinking to submit case against snapdeal coz personal details are not secure in snapdeal.

I received called that I have won Tata safari ocar from ‭+[protected]‬ this number and asked me to deposit some 8600 rs as registration charges and he has my complete information of product I have ordered including my address. I just want to know how they have my information . Is my data is not safe with your company? Have you also shared my account details with them and bank bank login I’d and password?
