Snapdeal.com — m3 smart band with heart rate sensor

I ordered two smart band from snapdeal using cash on delivery method order id [protected] & [protected]. The seller shipped both items in a single invoice and a single packet both the item reached on 07th january 2019 in a single packet and also paid the money. But after opening the packet it contains only one item. Then i initiate a return process and also give the bank details.. Two days later one message received add bank details for initiating neft and also provides a link.. But i cant add my bank details in the app. There is no option for adding the same in the snapdeal app. It means snapdeal chetaing the customers. So i kindly take necessary action for refund
