[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — mac lip palette | |
I had placed an order for mac lip palette on 12th of may. I received a duplicate mac product and a damaged one wrapped in a bubble wrap with no proper invoice. I have also raised a return request. I have requested for a invoice but snapdeal did not even respond to my emails. They schedule a pickup for return but the courier guys ask me for the invoice. Out of the blue snapdeal gave me a call twice and i have explained them my problem of not havin the invoice. They said invoice is not required but the courier guy rejects. I have emailed several times regarding the problem but no one replies. I call customer care number the ivr says the mobile number is not matching with the order bit i receive all the updates to the same mobile number. Was this information helpful? | |
