[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — missing article from the order delivered | |||||
I ordered 3 cargo pants from snapdeal and received two packs said to be containing them and i subsequently made the cod but to my surprise each pack was containing only one pcs, i. E. One article was missing from it, besides this the received item was also different from what i ordered, so i immediately complained it with the snapdeal under the heading - i didn't get what i ordered and in comment box mentioned about the missing article, they put all the three items in return and refund and took back both the cargos but did not address about the missing article, i mailed them on 27.12.2017 about the missing article also which had query no. 45319294, which was to be addressed within 24 hour but i am still waiting for response.
