Snapdeal.com — missing delivery of product

The product (Nike flip flops)with order ID [protected] & ref no.52881908 was undelivered to us but the status of the product is showing delivered. Even after approaching number of times the delivery boy & Snapdeal help support team since 23/12/18, we have neither got any response nor the product. We request you for the strict action on this issue.

Updated by Rupal Rawat The product (Nike flip flops)with order ID [protected] & ref no.52881908 was undelivered to us but the status of the product is showing delivered. Even after approaching number of times the delivery boy & Snapdeal help support team since 23/12/18 we didn't get the issue resolved.
The only response from Snapdeal support team was that the product has been delivered and they will get back to us with the detailed information about the delivery, but I have no idea how will they get that as the product is still not delivered to us.

We called the delivery boy Muralidhara D @ mob no [protected] on 23/12/18 then he said his bike is not working and he will deliver it on 24th dec(Monday), On 24th dec morning when we called him he said he will deliver it by evening 3-4pm. When we tried calling him so many times again he didn't pick our call.
After this we sent an email regarding this issue to [protected]@snapdeal.com & [protected]@snapdeal.com but haven't received any response.

We request you for the strict action on this issue.
