[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — mobile phone | |||
I purchased a phone fron snapdeal (Which i still dont know why i made that decision) it was intex phone. For the starters delivery was late and then when finally it reached the phone was already used it had photos of the previous user. Then i wanted a return or refund which they did not provide, i wad tired of negotiating with the stupid snapdeal and then i thought o[censored]sing the phone anyways (I have a very busy schedule i cant afford to call customer care daily wait for the phone to connect after 1 hour and then talk to customer care, which they hardly understand and then they tell me same stupid thing again and again, which makes no sense) i gave the phone to my brother to use and then after 6 months phone started acting weird, now its shut down and i am stuck with a stupid, disgusting phone which snap deal gave me. It was a pathetic phone, which is nothing but a disappointment to me now. It was a stupid mistake which i made to order phone from snapdeal. My experience with snapdeal is very very bad. Now they dont even have a proper arrangement to find the invoice of the order. Very frustrating indeed. #worstcompany Was this information helpful? | |||
