Hi, It's been almost more than 4 days still I dint get any resolution for my issues. Or any call from snap deal to explain the issue order Id- [protected] MSL Black flats. My damaged product after using is not been collected by the executive, executive has left the product with me itself.How can I walk if the slipper is torn while I am on the way to office and I purchased it for usage purpose so if it is torned 2nd day o[censored]sage why shouldn't I complaint or return it? How come executive gives the reason as it's used so will not be collected? I want to return the product. I need call to be placed to explain the issue. why I shud waste my money ???
