[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — my order no [protected] are completely missing

I Ordered mi redmi note 6 mobile in your company but your company delivered I KAAL mobile. So completely missing my order, I requested you to refund the money immediately and I ordered on 19/03/2019 and I received on 02/04/2019 and I am complain on 03/04/2019.so till date 17/04/2019 are 15 days crossed. I want to my ordered refund or replacement immediately.
