Hi Team,

I would request you to please make the correction and send me the correct invoice as i am facing so much problem in my phone and it is not working fine and i need to submit my phone to MI service center to get it resolved. I had purchased my phone on 2nd December'2015 along with my phone i got the invoice with wrong IMEI no.[protected] which does not belongs to my phone.

I have contacted you guys so many times but every time your customer service representative give me the assurance and ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours to get the correct invoice but it never been happened so far now i am very much dissatisfied with your service .

Kindly refer the attachment and get it resolve as soon as possible.

Worst Service by Snapdeal. Thinking that Costumer are Fools Vipin.
Hi Team,

This is very ridiculous now i had requested for my Correct invoice but still i`am waiting for it. I don`t know what is the problem with snap deal and why they are not resolving my problem. I called so many time to snap deal but all the time their representative ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs but it never been happened so far.

I`am very much disappointed and frustrated with snap deal and near future will never suggest any of my friend or relatives to buy anything from snapdeal.com.

It is really too much i can`t wait any more now. I am going to write an E-mail to your superior and get them inform that how Snap deal lower management works. The call center really sucks. I had contacted so many times to get the proper answer but every time I ask to wait for 24 to 48 hrs.

Is this the way a professional organisation like Snap Deal should work. I really don't think so. This has really pissed me off and I am left with no other option but to write an email to you guys
