[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Newly bought laptop doesn't have charger | |||||
I ordered below laptop. https://www.snapdeal.com/product/lenovo-yoga-500-2in1-laptop/[protected] As soon as i opened it, i found there is no adapter. So i applied for return. After 2-3days they replied saying they have raised a request. After 7-8 days nothing happened. No one came. Daily i called customer care and they kept telling someone will come. One day they told don't call us. We will come when time comes. Today (April 26, 2017) they called and after talking for more than 20min, they told the laptop has the adapter and i am telling lie. Then they didn't even stopped the call and kept it like that. I kept asking if anyone there and noone responded asif they can't hear. This is very bad.
