[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — no refund on the defective item I received | |
I ordered a product on snapdeal.com with order id: [protected]. The product i ordered is completely different to what i received. I made a return request at the moment i received the item. The item was picked by a third party logistic. Now when i am expecting a refund from the company they are coming up with some non-sense replays like the product doesn't meet the quality check process and hence no refund can be initiated to my account. I tried to contact the company many times but seems like there is no one interested in resolving my issue. The company has betrayed me by make to pay for a thing which i never ordered.
