[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — no refund on the defective item I received

I ordered a product on snapdeal.com with order id: [protected]. The product i ordered is completely different to what i received. I made a return request at the moment i received the item. The item was picked by a third party logistic. Now when i am expecting a refund from the company they are coming up with some non-sense replays like the product doesn't meet the quality check process and hence no refund can be initiated to my account.
I tried to contact the company many times but seems like there is no one interested in resolving my issue.
The company has betrayed me by make to pay for a thing which i never ordered.
Now i request your highness to kindly to solve my issue on humanitarian grounds.

Hello sir mayne 18 ko ek sound system order kiya tha per usme bass kam nhi ker raha or next date me I register my complaint per abhi tak koi response nhi deya gaya. So kindly please replace my sound system.
