Hi, i have ordered "philips curl ceramic hp 8602 hair stylers black and white" (2000 rs/-) on 16th november 2017 (Order id: [protected]) but wrong product got delivered on 20th november (Instead of curler, straightener got delivered). When i raised a request for replacement, it got executed on 24th nov... But still i am waiting for my product as there is no any update reflecting on snapdeal page regarding order. Getting only below details: Once item is received back at snapdeal, replacement request is approved after the quality check. Your replace request is being processed (Ticket id:[protected] Picked up successful.in transit to snapdeal 12:56 pm, 24 nov, 2017 Courier is out to pickup your item 10:14 am, 22 nov, 2017 Replacement request is under process 09:13 am, 22 nov, 2017 Pickup has been scheduled with jv_express 09:13 am, 22 nov, 2017 Completely disappointed!!!
