I have placed an ordered Samsung j7. After waiting for 6, 7 months Snapdeal cancelled my order and money me that they have refunded the money. But till today no money was deposited in my acccount. I have mailed them more than many times. I went their twice. But no progress...snapdeal again. After i sent the mail, they answered me again to . Snapdeal please know that bank told me that they cannot do anything. Can you just shift the money directly to my account as we paid the it easily.
