[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — non acceptance of return and false allegation | |||
I had ordered overtech k688 keyboard mouse combo (White) order id-[protected] which got delivered to me on 15 march 2018 but i received a black one also i was not satisfied with the product. So i initiated a returned sequence on the very same day. I was given the ticket id 46389377. Pick up person came and picked up the same on 17 march. After 2 days i got a mail saying, i was denied refund from your side saying that the quality check criteria does not met as some part of the order happened to be missing. I am quite sure that i packed all contents including dongle. So i mailed them to look into the matter on 21 march saying there might be a miscommunication from your side. The next day i received a call saying that the dongle was missing and they canceled my refund, i claimed that this must be a mistake from your side. But they return the parcel back to me. Today i received keyboard and mouse without dongle which is of no use to me. This is totally my loss because of their carelessness. Was this information helpful? | |||
