Snapdeal.com — non delivery of item even after completion of 2 weeks | |||
It is very pathetic and sad to express that after booking the item in one of India's leading online item delivery company i e 'Snapdeal . com', the item is not yet delivered (after lapse of 2 weeks). I had booked a laptop on 20th Oct, 2014 through online in Snapdeal.com with an order no.[protected]. I got reply in mail from snapdeal.com that item will be delivered on or before 27/10/2014 & Item is handed over to Blue dart courier service with way bill number [protected]. I queried snapdeal.com as well as bluedart courier service through phone as well as net. Both says as item is misplaced and sorry for inconvenience caused, item will be delivered soon. Lame and silly reasons are given. There is a saying in Hindi "Naam badaa. kaam chota". Service as well compliance to the customers calls is poor.
