[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non refund of Crompton Greaves 10L Solarium SWH810 Geyser - order number [protected] | |||
Hi, My order number is [protected], I had purchased a Crompton Greaves 10L Solarium SWH810 Geyser from snap deal on 27-Feb-2014, i got the product delivered on my place on 4-Mar-2014, the product was badly damaged, so i asked for refund, product was picked from place on 6-Apr-2014 and snapdeal receive the product on 8-Apr-2014. Today is 26-Apr-2014 and till date my refund process is not initiated, and really i dont know why. Every time I call snap deal cust care at [protected] they say that it's forwarded on HIGH PRIORITY basis. The product is worth of rs 5100 rs approx. I have never seen a cheater's like snapdeal in recent past. Do shut your business and dont fool around people like this. Please suggest how I shall get my money back from the fraud company snapdeal.
